My background is hands-on hospitality and property care: over twelve years working in resorts and holiday accommodation, where presentation, safety, and guest expectations are non-negotiable. That period taught me how small issues become big problems if nobody is looking—and how a calm, methodical check makes all the difference.
I then spent two years in Airbnb-style cleaning and turnover work, so I know what “guest ready” really means, how cleaners can miss details under pressure, and what hosts need to see in a report after a turnover.
Today I also work in the insurance building space, which sharpens how I observe damage, moisture, and maintenance risks.
